 Empathy Art Day for Seniors, Care Givers and anyone who needs empathy

 At the Deptford Community Center

Light fair and music

!. Chair Yoga with Marie Kein- learn the benefits of chair yoga

2. Gloucester County Master Gardners- Learn about Master Gardners, they are here to help answer your garden concerns.

3. Tempera Paint Sticks- a fun way to play with color and create a background to soothe your worries. When dry we will learn to put an image on paper.

4. Learning to Draw Flowers- sit among the beautiful fresh flowers and just enjoy them or trace around the flowers and learn how to draw beautiful flowers.

5. Clay Play- make a worry stone and add some essential oil to remind you to relax

6. Watercolor play- leaves and petals relax and watch watercolor bleed and blend.

7. Zen Doodles- learn to relax and slow down one line at a time.

8. Collage note cards- make note a card to brighten your day then share with someone to brighten their day.

9. Colored pencils- see how easy it is to create life like flowers using a light medium and dark color to create depth and texture on a flower.

10. Garden Birds- Come sit and create a bird to add whimsey to your garden.

Pop in an learn a little about arts healing properties. Try one table or all of them. Meet like-minded friends and share in the joy of our community support.
